Hi, I’m Deb Swacker, founder of 227 Travel.

In my early career in NYC government, I connected people to the services they needed. As a travel advisor, I use those same skills to bring my clients together with amazing experiences specific to them.

I love learning what will make a trip truly special for my clients. Sometimes that means planning their 3-week, bucket-list safari; sometimes it’s arranging for the hotel to greet their ten-year-old with a happy birthday note and gift.

As my children got older, it was important to me to introduce them to new places, and as a divorced parent, I understood the unique challenges of traveling solo with kids. Several trips and a few years later, I’ve learned all kinds of ways to structure fabulous, multi-generation vacations for minimum stress and maximum joy.

I’m passionate about travel and can offer first-hand knowledge of a wide range of fantastic destinations. And my extensive partnerships in the world of travel mean lots of perks, gifts, and unique opportunities for you!
